Meet Tina Higgins

With 20 years of landscaping experience and a childhood spent gardening with her dad, Tina Higgins is now the proud owner of Canada's southernmost specialty cut flower farm. Something that started as a simple roadside stand, Blackstone Flower Farm has now grown into a dream come true for the Harrow native who is happiest cultivating and caring for her many flowers, which are all grown locally on 2.5 acres using environmentally friendly practices. Tina is always learning, growing, and striving to bring exciting flowers to her fantastic and loyal client base. A climate that has shaped Essex county’s fabulous wine industry also allows Tina to grow unique and interesting blooms from May to the October. Most weekends you can find Tina at local markets selling her beautiful flowers!
