Meet The Owners

Fulfilling the mission of “friends, family, food and fun” has always come naturally for Tom, Debbie (pictured right) and Dave, the owners of Cooper’s Hawk Vineyards. Tom O’Brien purchased the land with the hope of establishing a crop farm, but the farmer soon found himself growing exceptional grapes. Since its start in 2011, the winery has enjoyed greater success with each year. The climate and conditions for grape growing in this region are certainly favourable, but the owners say that their success is also due to their dedicated and hard-working staff. Experienced winemaker Adam Graham in the vineyard and a group of talented chefs in the kitchen bring fresh and local flavours to life at Cooper’s Hawk through careful attention to detail.
