Description

The newest winery in the Town of Essex, the Vin Winery estate includes a retail store, event space with a capacity for 200 guests, overnight rentals, 1-acre pond, 5-acre vineyard and private wooded trails. Local winemakers Nolan Bernard and Bronson Goodfellow set out to create wines that were drinkable, unique, balanced and distinctly local using all Colchester growing region grapes. The end product is a well-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon, slightly sweet yet crushable Pinot Grigio, a citrusy and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, and lastly a sparkling Rose that is as beautiful in the glass as it is on the palate. Fun fact, did you know vin directly translates to wine? Now you know! Come check out this modern winery - it might be newer, but it brings big flavour notes in their wine.

Meet Jordan, Joshua, Bronson, and Nolan

Vin is owned and operated by local entrepreneur brothers Jordan and Joshua Goure, as well as Bronson Goodfellow, who is head of operations and Nolan Bernard, who is VIN’s winemaker. VIN is the sister company to BREW microbrewery in Windsor, which the team of four also own and operate. The team has more than thirty years of combined experience in the Windsor Essex hospitality sector, as well as more than ten years in beverage manufacturing.
